-Assesses for job-specific behaviors such as judgment under stress, critical thinking, mental alertness, ability to relate in a team environment, speed of decision-making, motivations, multiphasic behaviors, maintaining control of self and others, impulse control, personal insight, anger management, self-esteem, environmental awareness, flexibility, assertive leadership skills, visual alertness, balanced lifestyle habits, competitiveness, organized thinking, trust etc.

-Clear recommendation as to the suitability for the team.

-Includes a comprehensive 360° evaluation from a supervisor, peer, and the candidate.

-Assessments available for Entry Team, Sniper/Observer, Bomb Technician, and Negotiator

-The 5 to 7 page report is summarized with one of the following recommendations:

• Recommend at the time
• Not recommended at this time
• Not recommended   

-Verbal feedback is given to the department 24-48 hours following the evaluation.

-The candidate may receive telephonic feedback with written permission from the department at do additional cost.

-The comprehensive written report is completed within 7-10 working days.

-An 800 number is available for departments to utilize 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for questions or concerns.
