Alfred
R. Barrow, Ph.D., HSPP Psychologist, Director of CBA of Indiana. A
Health Service Provider in Psychology in the State of Indiana and a Medicaid
provider, he holds memberships in the American Psychological Association,
Indiana Psychological Association, and is certified by the National Board of
Certified Counselors. He has been in the private practice of
psychology for over 25 years both as a Masters level therapist and Licensed
Psychologist. He holds a Ph.D. in counseling Psychology from Indiana
State University, having done a one year pre-doctoral internship in clinical
psychology at the Boston VA Out-Patient Clinic in Boston, Massachusetts. |

Specializing in marital therapy, Dr. Barrow also
performs forensic psychological evaluations as well as evaluation for a
number of different public and private agencies. Married over twenty
years, he and his wife, June, a Presbyterian minister, have a daughter in
college and a son, who is college bound. |

Amy
Pigott Egler, M.S., L.M.F.T. |

Amy
Pigott Egler is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She received a
bachelor of science in family science and psychology from Anderson
University in 1996. She received her master of science in marriage and
family therapy from Indiana State University in 1998. She has been employed
with Campion, Barrow, and Associates since 2000, and provides a
specialization in working with children, adolescents, and their families.
Amy does work with adults as well, on an individual basis. She has also had
previous experience working in the psychiatric hospital environment with
both children and adults prior to going into the private practice setting.
She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and is
in the process of becoming a Board Certified Christian Counselor. Amy was
married in 2003. Her husband, Jamison, is an artist. They reside in the
Indianapolis area. |

Carol A. Bither, M.S., L.M.F.T. |
Carol
A. Bither received her master’s degree in Family Studies and Child
Development with a minor in Counseling and Guidance from Indiana University,
Bloomington, Indiana before going on to do a two-year internship in Marriage
and Family Therapy through The Indiana Counseling and Pastoral Care Center
in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She is currently a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and she is
able to accept reimbursement from most insurance companies for payment.
She had work experience at a Children’s Home, an Adolescent Clinic and
Pastoral Care Center before she got married and stayed at home to raise her
young children. For a period of time she focused her attention on her
children and marriage by also helping her optometrist husband with his
private practice. But in time she decided to return to her love of
counseling and therapy and enrolled in a two-year internship in Spiritual
Direction which she completed in May 2000. The following fall she
began part-time work for Campion, Barrow and Associates. Her training
has been in the area of individual counseling, marital counseling and family
counseling with adolescents. She also offers spiritual direction
either in combination with therapy or separately. As a Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist, her specialty areas include depression and
anxiety, working through issues following marital affairs, and midlife
issues. |

Connie J. Tooley, M.S.,
L.M.H.C. |
|
Connie
J. Tooley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has a Master of
Science degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from the State
University of New York, and has done post-graduate work in Marriage and
Family Therapy. Connie has served in a variety of community mental
health and educational settings, as well as in private practice.
Currently, she provides individual, marital, and family counseling at
Campion, Barrow & Associates where she has worked for the past year and a
half. Connie holds professional membership in the American Association
for Marriage and Family Therapy and the American Association of Christian
Counselors. |

Connie is married to Cliff, a Colonel in the U.S. Army,
and they are the parents of three sons. Her husband’s military
career has enabled their family to live and travel in many parts of the
world. Connie and her family currently reside in Greenwood, Indiana. |
