(Used in most cases as a source of
questioning for an Orals Board)

overall social ability, popularity/"charisma", sensitivity, competitive
spirit, drive,
preparation style, goal orientation, organization, sensitivity, social
ability, achievement history, risk-taking/reckless behavior, temper control,
work difficulties, leadership ability or leadership avoidance, anger
patterns, work ethic, antisocial attitudes, integrity,
competitive motivation, distrust of others, employee reliability,
conscientiousness, safety behaviors, social judgment etc.
-Very helpful for Orals Boards as well as
screening candidates in the first stages of hiring.
