    What is Occupational Assessment?
     
    Occupational Assessment is the pre-employment testing of candidates. The test results help to select the right employees and to effectively build teamwork. CBA will train the employers to administer tests, or tests can be administered at CBA's offices. The results are forwarded to CBA for analysis with the final reports submitted to the employer. Some test packages require a personal interview by an examiner. The test packages range from a basic entry-level exam to an executive testing package, depending on the employer's specific needs. Employers rely upon these reports to provide another camera angle in hiring or promotion. The assessment process can also be used for team building and coaching.
