Mandatory Evaluations

The Mandatory evaluation is for employee personnel who have exhibited significant work adjustment problems in emotional, relational, or performance areas that have affected job performance.  The individual would be ordered to take the examination which involves personality assessment instruments, a test of mental alertness, a mental status exam, and a structured clinical interview.  All pertinent personnel records and other documentation are reviewed including confidential interviews with supervisory and peer personnel familiar with the case.  The report presents a current description of personality traits, stress levels, and pathology as it relates to the employees ability to perform his/her duties.  Recommendations for treatment, if appropriate, are included in the report.
