| Appointments |
|
All clients are seen on an
appointment basis only. Each appointment lasts 45-50 minutes unless
assessment or testing is being conducted. To make an appointment,
contact our office nearest you or you may have your family physician contact
us directly. Fill free to fill out the
Intake Paperwork prior to
your appointment in order to maximize time. |
| Phone calls |
|
There are no charges for
telephone calls from the client. Therapists may not be able to speak
to you at the time of the call, but they will call back as soon as possible.
Please feel free to call any time there is an emotional need. |
| Fees |
| In most
cases payment is expected at the time professional services are rendered.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Generally, insurance
covers our services. There will be a charge of $45.00 for broken
appointments if 24 hours notice has not be given. |
| Assessment |
|
On occasion, your therapist
may request a personality assessment. This typically consists of
completing a personality inventory. This assessment helps your
therapist know more about you and develop a counseling approach most helpful
for you. Assessments vary in time and cost. Your therapist will
be glad to answer any questions you may have about this. |
