-Used for personnel with mental or emotional conflicts which could affect job performance.

-Evaluation procedures include a review of all pertinent documents and records, three personality instruments, a test of mental alertness, mental status exam, and a structured clinical interview. Peers are also interviewed in confidence of the officer.

-The report presents a current description of the officer's personality, stress levels, and pathology as it relates to the officer's ability to perform his/her professional duties.

-Clear recommendations as well as suggested treatment.

-Scheduling of the assessment is made 5 to 7 days or less. Verbal feedback is 24 to 48 hours after the assessment. A comprehensive report will be completed in 7 to 10 working days.

-A follow-up process is available for recommendations and re-testing to ensure progress.
