-The Assessment looks for ability to learn, interpersonal style (friendly, aggressive, prefers teamwork etc.), team building potential,  communication strengths, leadership style, self-motivations, decision-making style, judgment, critical thinking skills, mental alertness, stamina level, ability to adapt, core values that are compatible with the agency.

-Procedures include written psychological instruments, and a structured clinical interview.

-Utilizes a confidential 360° assessment.

-Provides clear recommendations and rating in regards to the candidate's ability to perform well in the position.

-Provides another useful camera angle when comparing a number of candidates for the same position.

-The tests are descriptive in nature and valuable in "screening out" candidates who do not have the profile necessary for successful leadership of the agency as well as relating to the community.
