the Needs of the Department
Report and Results
Generated:
1.
Proficiency Scores on Established Standards
Based on the established standards, this
report illustrates where the individual needs specific remediation or training.
For each identified standard a score is represented. If the score is "0,"
the individual scored a perfect score for that particular standard.
This page of the report is particularly helpful for training purposes.
With this page, the instructor can specifically identify the needs of the
individual as well as the severity of the need. For information on report
writing training seminars, visit the website for
Sussex Management.

2.
Itemized printouts of incorrect responses for further training.
The incorrect items training report is an extremely versatile
document used to demonstrate which questions were answered incorrectly and which
standards were violated in those responses. This is helpful for the individual to
gain a full understanding of where he or she went wrong in understanding the
proper standard. This report is
not listed for proprietary purposes but can be requested at

3. Comparison analysis with class, personal growth, department, state, or entire
database.
The standard violation scores for the individual are then transposed to the
graph and compared against other pre-selected criteria. The individual can
be compared against the entire data base, specific departments, specific hiring
processes, state norms, or if available, the person's previous WOSA results in
order to assess changes in ability. The graph below demonstrates how this
comparison is demonstrated. The red bars indicate the individuals score
which is depicted above in section one then it is compared with the average of the entire data
base which is indicated by the blue bars.
